Company Philosophy

Yi-Hai Offshore Wind Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yi-Hai”) was established in May 2024 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Her Chee Industrial Co., Ltd.. Headquartered in Taiwan, Yi-Hai is a maritime service company specializing in the operation of offshore wind vessel fleets.

As a vessel owner and operator, Yi-Hai provides integrated maritime solutions across the full lifecycle of offshore wind farm development from construction and installation to long-term operations and maintenance support.

Yi-Hai’s services include Wind Turbine Installation Vessels (WTIVs) and Multipurpose Support Vessels. The company is committed to delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable services to wind farm developers, turbine OEMs, and third-party service providers across Asia-Pacific.

In 2025, Yi Hai commissions its first state-of-the-art WTIV, equipped with a 1,600-tonne main crane and capable of operating in water depths up to 70 meters. This high-spec asset is designed for next-generation turbine installation and is fully compliant with international standards for safety (ISO 45001:2018), environmental protection (ISO 14001:2015), and quality management (ISO 9001:2015).

Yi Hai is progressively expanding its offshore wind fleet and service capabilities to offer clients turnkey marine support — including transportation, accommodation, lifting, logistics, and technical services — throughout the construction and O&M phases. All operations are aligned with the ISM Code and international maritime regulations to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility.
