Phase 1 – MV Artemis to commence operations in 2025
First flagship vessel – MV Artemis, a jack-up installation vessel enters full operation, supporting offshore wind turbine installation and O&M services in Taiwanese waters.

Phase 2 – 2026 to 2028 : Annual Expansion of Construction and Support Fleets
Roll-out of one construction vessel/multipurpose support vessel per year to strengthen capacity in construction, maintenance, and logistics.

Strategic Alignment with Regional Offshore Wind Development
Fleet expansion is synchronized with Taiwan’s Round 3 offshore wind pipeline and positions Yi Hai for future overseas deployment.
